Concord Park is a very popular spot in West Knoxville. Our marina is located within Concord park. Marina visitors may access all facilities in Concord Park.

Canoe & kayak rentals, a sandy beach with lake swimming, two sand volleyball areas, par 3 - nine-hole golf course, large playground, a .7-mile paved walking trail, and a large picnic gazebo to accommodate 80 – 100 people are just some of the nearby amenities to be enjoyed by one and all. A large swimming pool with separate kid’s pool is a favorite!
Churches, schools, malls, grocery stores, theaters, restaurants, hospitals, or any other necessity you may require can be easily accessed from the marina. Knoxville’s McGhee Tyson Airport is a short drive away. Interstate Highways 40 and 75 intersect in Knoxville. We are a favorite departure point for cruising to the UT football games.
